Guilt & Gluten Free Crackers

This recipe is so easy, it is literally just 2 ingredients and your favorite spices. All you need is almond flour, and nutritional yeast. Hard to believe? Yes it is. So, you need around 50 grams of almonds flour and around 30 grams of nutritional yeast. Put these 2 ingredients in the food processor, add 2 table spoons of water, depending on your taste buds you can add spices of your choice, such as Himalayan salt, black peppers, cumin, oregano, crushed red peppers (maybe some parmigiano cheese) and mix them up until it has a dough like consistency. Spread your dough between 2 parchment papers and roll it until it is thin like store bought crackers. Put it in the oven at 350’F for about 10-15 mins depending on your oven and ta-daaaaa. So delicious, so healthy, so easy, guilt & gluten free crackers ready!
